Looking at her update posts all the way back to 2018, she doesn't seem to care a whole lot about Halloween. Not everyone does.
There was a small event in Foloi Fields last year and in 2018 some modded clothes were added that fit the theme. That's it. The other years she was either on "hiatus" during that time or the update was too early/late for Halloween.

Any holiday-themed stuff will very likely be built into the game and use the in-game calendar. There's already Mother's and Father's Weeks, not-Halloween, and not-Christmas.So, uh. No Halloween update?
Nope. Nobody knows what the future holds but right now there's nothing of the sort AFAIK.
Ironically, the companion system started as mod and was later integrated into the game officially but the dev found it was too much work to maintain and update the game with all that extra code so it was dumped.
I mean, there is supposedly going to be an update coming out tomorrow so who knows? Anything is possible no matter how unlikely it might be.So, uh. No Halloween update?
Well,not to bash but, It's Inno, So I expect the Halloween Update some time around Christmas...

Maybe that's the theme, and all we're going to get is a skeleton and a pinstriped suit?
That's one of the few issues that's not actually part of the game. Check your file permissions. Make sure the game has access to write files to its save folder.
It's likely going to be another merging update before she's gonna continue the Ellis Defense Quest.

Since when are all NPCs are so responsible and fixed on using condoms? Everyone now has like ten of them and they will keep putting them on even if you remove them. Any way to fix it?
Also, is there any way to hide enemy fetished? It kinda spoil everything they are going to do.

You can hide the fetishes in the Content Settings, and the only way right now to fix the NPC's using condoms is going to a update prior to when it was implemented.
