A couple of reviews have stated 2 endings, despite one post stating "3 or more". Full save Posts (As of writing) somehow did not tell of any endings, what they were, or how to get them.
A lot of secret paths can be inferred from "3 or more" endings
Do you do nothing but brew potions for 20+ days and Lilyne becomes the best Alchemist, making both of you rich?
Do you elope with the Dragonkin shopkeeper?
Do you buy Lilyne's Freedom from the Margrave that was supposed to claim her via the Masked Man?
Do you stir Lilyne's love for you from behind the scenes (no awake molesting/weakening resolve) until she confess' her feelings?

How do you elope? I only got the first ending?

Reading the plot, and looking at the sample pictures, I wonder : is there actual public indeceny / exhibitionism in this game ? Or is the "exhibitionism" tag only here to (abusively) say that the girl is naked in private ? (because if it's the case, it means 99,7% of the games here would need that tag... Wichi would make it useless ^^ )

where can I see the anal focus scene?

So after a while you hit a few "story beats" where you find out Lyline's feelings, and when you hit those marks and have her affection high enough you can begin anal training. Buy the beads, enema, etc. from the shop. Then, you can train her every single night and you can check Stats to see what her training rank is. Once it is high enough, you get to unlock more "increase relationship" options almost every night, plus at any time after that you can interact with her whenever you want to bang her butt. At the very end she offers you her virginity, and you can choose to reject it and stick it in her butt instead lol

You can tell her to pee while you watch. Though I don't know if that counts.
