You need 5 Lewdness so Liora can accept the groping clause (or Lewdness + Decay >= 5 if you don't pay for at least one treatment.)

I think the most you can do in the demo is have the girl masturbate after beating the boss and letting the guy grope her during dates. You can't get her to orgasm in the demo.

Regular orgasm should be achievable even within the demo time limit thanks to Sexual Frustration + Costumes.
I think strong orgasm may be tough in the demo version, though definitely can be achieved in the non-demo version without the time limit.
