This is probably more of an open relationship thing. i can only guess that sexual sharing can also includes sharing your wife's womb, combined with OR she can concent to give birth to other men's children, in the same way you accept that she can experience pleasure with other people.

Quick question:

How much does the scores impact impregnation? Is it simply a case of biggest score will be the father, no matter how often someone cum inside her, or is it the higher the score the bigger the likelihood, but even someone with a score of 1 still has a potential chance of impregnating Lisa?
