Okay, told you to be nice and click on her in a nice way.
1. after she is naked and laying down, click on her lips several times then click on her nipples many time till she opens her legs.
2. click on her clit until she is ready with new options.

Make sure you got a good add blocker and its up to date and you should be good to go.
A lot of anti-virus programs report false positive on Ren'PY games and VN's.
