Can someone level with me? Am I the only one to get bored in like less than five minutes of playing? I played this for the first time today and I mean, sorry but someone playing a DDLC parody would expect it to be less.....soulless I guess?

It's a hentai game using their models. Nothing else about them is based on canon. They all have the same poses, there are no unique events. And the Doki part is over, adding new original koikatsu characters to then go through the sex checklist with.

Yeah, it's really surface level, that's probably why you're getting bored. It doesn't DO anything with the concept.
Unfortunately, I've yet to see a Doki Doki porn parody that does, outside of SPNATI having Monika glitch out and/or rewrite herself into a bisexual on accident.

There's one on here called Doki Doki Holidays or something that looks like it's setting up to be something like that, but Monika's a long way from being implemented. But there's a moment at night where you're able to try and find her and instead you can find a meta message.

I've played Holidays, and it's still a little sparse. Maybe they could make it into something with more depth than 'fuck sexy character design' but as it is that's yet to actually exist there in any meaningful way.
There's a small handful of DDLC porn parodies but they all follow the same general loop of "here are the dokis, now rail them senseless", y'know?
...Then again that's better than Puella Magi Madoka Magica, which has like two lewd parodies and one of them barely qualifies as a game at all (and the other is more about kink clothing/alteration stuff like bimboification or corsets)
