Has anyone figured out how to progress with Fenrir? Tried failing quota more than a dozen of times already but nothing.

I think it might be a combination of meeting quota and thereby increasing affection, and then failing quota.

If it exists I highly doubt it's on this site due to how weirdly inconsistent and borderline retarted the mods can be about rule 7
