You missed a character entirely, Moilly the teacher.

Both scenes apart "first sex with Olivia" can be unlocked if you told Isaac that you fucked her mother
The one before "Eating" is a titfuck in Olivia's kitchen in the morning (weird you didn't unlocked it though).
