It means that nothing changed. Like, nothing. Same shit from the previous update with maybe some bugfix or some typo fix.
And that makes me ask if the person in charge of the changelog played the update at all, since there ARE new things.

Random event with her in the living room during the afternoon (I think). The possibility of finding the event is random too, if I remember correctly.
Heads up - seems like the gallery unlocker mod is no longer working - causes crashes
