That is because people are doing it wrong. You need to dowload the file and reupload it somewhere else, on your cloudservice of choice. Then either post a link to uploader of this thread, or a link it here. But you cant just post a link you got from Rabbit, then he just change it.

Well you can also copy and paste the links to the uploader and let the uploader handle it. You dont get any forumfame for it, but you stay anonymous.
