I thought it would be cool if Isaac and the MC doubled teamed the MC's mom in a future scene for a change but all the babies would cry and complain that it's NTR

I know that obviously, I mean no matter how you slice it, it's a fictional game and none of those women are having sex with you or belong to you irl so who cares who they have sex with ultimately

Sure it is fictional game but you still have preferences.
It's a main Protagonist so we kind of have the highest chance to relate to him as a character as of side characters (hope you get what i mean im not a native speaker).
So if you can relate to a sharing Event you most likely would Consider it in real life more than guys who cant relate to that.
So end in end its everybody's own preference and the author has the choice to choose from that

If the author chooses to not include that sort of content, that I respect it but for me, more content is more content. I don't identify myself with the main character or fantasize that I am him, he is only a lens into the world of Littleman where I can see all the sexy things that happens there, nothing more
