Like the other guy said you can either get to the point in Bearnice's quest line where you get The Messiah perk OR
You can also pick the locks on the lockers at the School. Just drop a save and open the lockers. If you don't get one, reload your save and try again.

Visit Lauren in her Mansion in the Morning and it'll randomly trigger. As for Bernice, same thing but visit her at her home in the Afternoon.

I'm stuck on how to start the murder's investigating
I tried to go to Molly's flat at night, and I have nothing. I completed Gypsy, and Alice far as Angel locker's incident an the care after it, didn't get to even heard about the murders despite trying to see it on TV and never saw any journal or whatever
It is frustrating, I have no idea what to do and don't know what I missed
EDIT : also tried the Gym, absolutely nothing ; can't unlock Celine for whatever reasons ; can't advance for Linda, Lucifer, Angel (duh), Alice, and Gabriel. Incredibly frustrating game

I know to meet Celine you just have to go to the Diamond Tower in the morning during the week. I'm personally trying to remember how to start the murder investigation as well because I know it's how you unlock Angel and her mom.
I remember it having something to do with Molly and Celeste's apartment and the Gym at night/daybreak but I'm unsure.
EDIT: So I dunno if it's day specific, but the cutscenes finally triggered for me in front of Molly and Celeste's apartment and the Gym on Thursday night. Afterwards just be in the Living Room at your Home.

Has anyone who accessed Maya’s route as quickly as possible know roughly what events and story level are required to trigger the killer event that unlocks Maya? I mean, what relationship level with the characters, and which characters specifically? For example, I know it involves the Willow apartment where Molly and Celeste live, also the Gym, and that you need to have met Gypsy and Lilly. But specifically, what relationship level or special events need to be completed to unlock the killer event, without having to progress fully through the other characters’ stories. Aside from that, I’d like to know if it’s possible to get the fighting perk before our first fight against Angel (at school) specifically, or if it can only be obtained afterwards. I know that by the second fight, when we rescue Alice, in theory you can already learn the fight perk, which would mean you could unlock Maya much earlier than that event. So, can you get the fight perk before our first battle against Alice? Those are my two big doubts.

I know you can get it before the first fight with Angel. As far as how early? No idea.

U got the perk before fight Angel in the school? what were the point of each char lvl relationship when u started the murderer event?

Dunno. I just know that I did do it the last time I played the game several updates ago (I think it was v0.45) before I played this most recent update.
Best guess would be for you to do the opening bit of Alice's quest chain to unlock Alice and Angel and then focus on finishing all the content for Molly, Brittany, Gypsy, and Lilly since they're directly mentioned/participate in the quest. Then just check in periodically on Molly's apartment at night to see if the first cutscene triggers.
