You probably haven't done the serial killer event yet to meet Maya. Check Molly and Celeste's apartment at night everyday until you see a cutscene and then go to the Gym afterward for another one.

You have to go in the gate at the apartments so your looking at Molly's room and the stairs to where Celeste lives at night. It's completely RNG so you just have to keep checking every night until it triggers. Took me like 6 weeks of just skipping days to trigger a different RNG based event so I get your pain.
