From what I saw people mentioned you needed to do the Lilly and Gagsy chain far enough so that when you went to Molly apartment you would see the shadowy person at night. However I already completed both their chains and when I try to trigger the event nothing happens.

first go to gym at night-->black shadow,
at home at afternoon(TV room)--> newspaper,

Leave and pass time. Pretty sure if you just stand in the same spot it doesn't work for the RNG triggers.

Nah it does, you can just stand in the same spot and pass time, it will trigger anyway

There's a route to share Olivia with Isaac. Hence the swinging tag.

Either buy lockpicks from the Bookstore and save scum opening the lockers on the second floor of the School until you get one. This is faster if you only need one.

OR

Finish Bernice's quests until Satan anoints you his chosen one and then you'll be able to buy them.

There really needs to be an overhaul with the dialogue and some scenes for Linda and Brittany with the repeatable events. Like the stuff in the kitchen like groping, or the yoga event, etc.. It would be amazing if the dialogues and scenes change according to the relationship level progress.
