No difference at all, some people just know how to make these files compressed, as in making the file size smaller and for many folks this offers a way to download a game with less bandwidth.

2 ways to get it, unlock the lockers of 2nd floor school(80% chances) or keep playing naomi story which will give you savior title or smt like that at some point, then you can buy it from pharmacy
