You dont need a code just put this file in LittleMan-0.60.5-pc\game\GameManagers, if you have an archive called GalleryManager in that direction delete it.

Btw I did this with 2 previous updates of the game and it worked.

For the police lady, you have to have seen two suspicious scenes at night at the appartement complex and the gym and then watch TV to learn more about that. You can now meet the police lady at the police station in the afternoon.
