I've fixed the bug when talking to the nun.
Use the fixed files.
Remember to delete the nun.rpyc and script.rpyc files before running the game.

Incidentally, how long does it take for the pregnancy to show? Seems like it takes forever!

Talking about the irony of things. Susan was the first female character to be able to be impregnated and also the only character whos tracker doesn't work. Stacy's tracker works just fine, but until today I haven't seen a single person that impregnated her.

No idea! When it comes to Susan ( which I managed to impregnate twice in two different updates and somehow I lost it due to bugs... what a surprise there!) there's a statement from her when she goes in the bathroom during early morning period.
As far as I know there's no such statement from Stacy, I haven't seen a single person who has achieved it at all. And if there is someone out there, please let me know as well, cause I am in the dark here too. Maybe there's no statement and you just check her details through phone I sincerely don't know.

Wait a minute... I just re red your post... You mean that you have already impregnated her????
To answer the question properly, I am not sure if dev has released any pregnant content regarding Stacy or Susan for that matter. The only pregnant content we have till today is from Monica in the shelter. As for when it shows, it's going to take a while, the belly should be visible during the 2nd trimester of the pregnancy, so after 90 days have passed from impregnation.

My files work together with the original ones from 2.4.1 and not with modified ones like those from user Anan2024, which for example, does not show the progress of the 2 nun scenes and does not give the option to do the second scene.

Sorry, the game is now buggy, so playing it is no longer fun. I also downloaded it from Icho, but the same errors... :(
