Some unfixed bugs in these files from previous versions have been fixed in version 2.6.1.
Unzip the file to the "\game" folder. Or unzip the file to any folder and then copy the .rpy files to the "\game" folder.
Remember to delete the script.rpyc, stacy.rpyc, status.rpyc, store.rpyc, susan.rpyc, church.rpyc, text.rpyc, trainer.rpyc, amy.rpyc, misandry_club.rpyc, drcron.rpyc, beach.rpyc and nun.rpyc files before running the game.
If you still don't know how to download it, right-click the file name and select "Save Link As." Select the directory where you want to download it and click "Save."

Edit: I have solved the loop problem with Ami when giving her the strapon, as well as adding the option to give her a kiss.
Edit 2: Fixed an issue when fingering Susan in the master bedroom.
Edit 3: Fix error when trying to give Tal, Devon and Neko a lapdance.
Edit 4: Fixed a minor text error with Doctor Cronzen and another bug when training anal with Megan.
Edit 5: Fixed a minor bug when inviting Megan to ice cream at the beach.
