on the week end and on the morning, if you click on the "out" button on the left, you can choose to go to the pool.
You will get the swimsuit and the tanlines
Go to the pool on the weekend. You'll get the school swimsuit, too.
Is there a list of events anywhere? I feel like I'm missing something obvious, but I also feel like I'm stuck.
Buy everything, maybe use cheat engine (the cheat table is provided), and just go through the day-to-day events. Some will have an exclamation point in the middle of the living room, on the pc in your room, the entry while she showers, etc. Just get the affection and H numbers up and check whenever she moves somewhere in the house. There's usually an option to do something.
That's kind of my point--that's what I've been doing, but I haven't really progressed in awhile. I kept thinking I sometimes saw an exclamation mark on her door at midnight, but obviously I wasn't able to interact with that. Other than that, nothing new has shown up in awhile.
Give her night snacks, FFwd 3 hours, give her more snacks, and she should go to her room. You'll see the exclamation point on her door if you did it right and there will be a masturbation scene. Use the cheat table to set the time so it doesn't end the day, if necessary. if the exclamation point appears in the living room (you'll need a high enough affection and H level), it will unlock the first sex scene. After that, you can H in pretty much every room of the house.
AFAIK, that's about it. H in the bath, massage/h in your room, her room, toilet, put her to sleep via massage in your room, massage/pills in the living room, etc. It's just different variations. Everything else requires you to progress time-wise. I don't think I've gotten everything either since there's apparently a DR scene I didn't get so far. Just play around.
the only options seem to be, go to garden, go for a walk and go work PT. Is there maybe some event i need to trigger where she brings up the pool before the option shows up?

Nope, it was there for me on the first Saturday, cost is 30k....
I "binged" Imouto Life - Monochrome and Living With Sister - Monochrome Fantasy the last few days and just got done with Teaching Feeling as well. This co-habitation gameplay kind of experience was something I didn't know I could be into. I wonder how this one stacks up. I've heard Monochrome Fantasy was peak of its genre, though, so it might unfortunately be all downhill from there.
Then you did it wrong or something is blocking the plugin/BepInEx... but otherwise you can try my repack. No guarantees.

UABEA - This tool can do wonders, but you have to know what you're doing. The worst part is finding the material/shader which causing censorship and then just the annoying routine editing..
