This reminds me of Biosphere and Raising a Happy Neet more so than Monochrome, lots of potential that's for sure. Excited to see if the Dev can keep a decent pace for updates or if it'll end up one of those 20-year projects that never gets a release.

imho, she's small....so she's a loli. Only thing that can change my mind on that is if dev releases her height and she falls at or slightly below average female height. Average Asian female height, some places women are built different.
Manga characters look younger than classical comic (western) characters. Due mainly to the fact that manga character have biger head/body ratio (they emphase more on face expression than body realism, so a bigger face). IMO, she's between late teen, early twenties. Could be tagged as loli as "loli" definition is quite loose here.

It doesn't matter if they are 5000 years old or "trust us, all characters are above 18 years of age even if stated otherwise" old. A loli is a loli.

And Loli is love. Loli is life.
She doesn't look or act like a loli as far as I can see, so taking the "she's 19" at face value makes sense to me. Like unless she's soaping up from a travel-size bottle of soap, she's at least as tall as a teenager and proportioned like a someone in their mid to late teens.

Another update and it's still blue balling. I don't mean to sound impatient, however a game that has been out since December of 2022, it lacks sex acts. As for the girl, will she remain a loli, or is she going to get redesign to keep this game funded on Patreon?

I don't know how much progress you expect for $500/mo, but that's like 2 weekends worth of minimum wage work where I live.

He's also had setbacks in the drawing outlines of an entire city then getting feedback that the outdoor map was confusing so he's having to do it again.

She must be cute and small FOREVER. In all seriousness, she should be ok, she's in the loli-esque category, so as long as the creator doesn't backtrack on the 19 years old thing he should be fine.

By your logic, every dwarf and halfing in every fantasy style media ever is a loli

Not my logic. But the Internet defintion of what is a loli is quite large and "vague". And on F95 every female who aren't obvious MILF are suspected to be a loli.
internet definition is vague but the actual definition is pretty precise. A small fictional female. Only 3 things they have to fit to be considered loli.

1. Are they a fictional character? If yes, proceed. If no, then stop there it's not a loli.

2. Are they female? If yes, proceed. If no, then stop there it's not a loli.

3. Are they small? Now this one is kinda vague but any kind of thought process can make it simple.
3A. Do they look small visually? If yes, then you can assume it's a loli. However at times this is due to the artist's style as you somewhat said in your previous comment. Therefore you look further.

3B. Are their other people in that style you can compare to? If yes, is the character small in comparison to them. If also yes, then you can assume it's a loli. But if all the characters are of equal or close enough height or you don't have a 2nd female represented height (i.e. you're playing like a otome game where the character is the only female) you'll need to go one step further to determine for sure yes or no.

3C. Do the character have an official height? If yes, just compare it to the average height for females. And if she's considered a short female (mid to shorter end of short to be clearer), there you go.

A great example of this is the Fate/GO character Mary Read:

1. She's a fictional character based on a real person, so check.
2. Yes she's female, but with Fate series....it's best to check the equipment...., so check.
3. Is she small?
3a. Yes, she looks visually small. So it's ok to assume she's loli, moving on.
3b. Yes, she looks small compared to her partner in crime, Anne. So it's still ok to assume she's loli.
3c. But wait a second, her height information puts on around average female height. Her PIC Anne is actually just a tall female. So officially Mary Read is NOT a loli.

Easy.

Easy.
I'm quite OK, but not with all as they are some missing parameters.

1) Ok. A loli is only a fictional character.

I'll just add "a fictional sexualized character or in sexual situation". The girls in 'My Neighbor Totoro' aren't lolis until some hentai put them in sexual fan fiction.

2) Ok

3) Small ? Just about relative size ?

Cologne from Ranma 1/2 is then a loli :

So there should an "apparent age parameter" into the equation and then it's become vague.

1) um, ok. If that's how you personally see it, cool. But objectively, no. It's just a small fictional female character, nothing extra.

2) Ok!

3) You are correct sir, it's about size. But Cologne being considered a loli....is a bit more complicated, due to that not being her actual size. When you see her in her youth she was basically the same as Shampoo, but this is a gag style used by Rumiko to depict old people. So yes, you can consider her a loli which she would then fall into the category called "loli baba" or loli grandma but it's also correct to not consider her a loli due to it not being her actual size. As for the "apparent age parameter", if you add an age to the equation...you're not making things any less vague. Now you'll have characters like Zakuro from Dokuro-chan being considered loli because she's 9 yet has the looks of an late teen.

Current loli definition does consider stuff like age and body type: "legal loli" for those 18+, "oppai loli" for those who aren't petite in a certain area, "thicc loli" who aren't petite in a certain other area, and the forementioned loli baba for old women.
