I don't know how much work something like this would be for the creator ... but I'd think it'd garner towards multiple tastes if you had 3 options to chose from.

I have no idea what shady stuff this game is running, because I had to restart my pc to delete the game folder. I guess you need the premium version to unistall this without issues. Or even better, dont install it at all.

The workload for this kind of stuff depend on how the dev approaches it if he decides to do it.
As far as I know there is 2 main approaches to this.
1 - The model used in 3D engine needs to have toggles for the strip and bush. Then you would have to render for each of them, so it would be 3 times the work for the PC.
This approach is the least work intensive for the dev but would take more time (depending on hardware this could be negligible) and would make the game size bigger due to triple the amount of renders.
And if I'm not mistaken this is the only approach if you render videos.
2 - You do the renders without strip or bush and then make other layers (image without background) for the strip and bush that you overlap with the renders.
This approach is a lot more work for the dev because he has to draw (or rework) the strip and bush to fit each of the renders.
This can be used for images and frame by frame animations. It would also take a lot less space because all the layers would be a lot smaller than full renders.
If I remember correctly this game uses frame by frame animations and has low/no compression on the images so approach 2 would fit best.
Depending on the devs drawing skills and his knowledge of drawing software to modify/reshape existing images the amount of work to makes all the layers could be negligible.

Bathing Together Update
This is the first update that fills in missing or lightly filled content. In this case, the bathing scene has been expanded on. You can now choose between a handjob and a blowjob (when unlocked) when she washes you. You can now wash Imouto as well and finger her to orgasm. It took much longer than usual to render these scenes and animations because of the wet skin, foam and large mirror.
Interactive Fingering (New First Version)
Fingering is also interactive again. You set the speed of fingering, starting slowly when she's still warming up and going faster as her arousal rises. Once she's wet enough (smartwatch faucet) and you speed up, she will cum.
Balance Update
I've expanded the number of trust levels from 4 to 8, within the current 0 to 400 range at 50-point intervals. This makes unlocking things slightly faster and also a lot more predictable. Most currently unlockable content sits in the first 1/3 to 1/2 of this range. This also gives me more space to add new content at different levels of trust and attraction.
