I've been trying this game with the subscribestar version, but I cannot manage it, I fail everytime, are there any cheats to avoid grinding?

Does anyone k ow whether you can get rid of the pubes? I know there’s a scene where she asks if he wants her to shave them off though and option to do so would be great
