In my experience, anything that capable to 'interact' with codes/scripts or something tend to always using more resources.
Moreover if the game is heavily scripted or had to rely on bunch of plugins, or maybe have an unoptimized plugins.
...In all honesty however, I never used JoiPlay, so I can't really tell if that's truly the case.

Nope dlc is untranslated and also not part of the download, you'll have to go to dlsite if you want it.

I mean the dlc doesn't add much if what I read was right, adds three costumes that don't have any scenes, makes her nipples darker when she's pregnant and best of all and i hope this is just a translation error but adds farting and burping sounds

Its like 500 for both and then doing that about 5 to 10 times. You can just do RPG Save editor to put yourself at 1000 for each.
