It's more like a retcon. "Sister" in Sister Travel was just a "Childhood Friend" but "Brother" makes all girls his little sisters. Pretty much Inusuku is trying to tie the two games together but there's a lot inconsistences that'll require a remake of Sister Travel to make it make sense.

I am relatively new to F95zone but as to my understanding we try to avoid sharing save files here, someone correct me if i am wrong though but i think that's how it is (Though not sure exactly why, someone was talking about it not too long ago in this post).

That is a screen you can see at the very end of the game, sadly it's not something/someone you get to interact with. If i remember correctly you can see this by reaching the end of the game and going into the memory album and click on a specific memory. I don't want to say too much so i spoil stuff for you or others.
Status screen while in the empty room at the end of the DLC. You'll lose your chance to see it if you didn't keep a backup save.

Ah my bad. I've not bothered with mobile version myself hance i never actually checked that link and have just been assuming it was for getting the game on mobile.
If i am understanding you right then it should be in the memory album which you can reach by clicking on the reading icon above the bookshelf on the screenshot i've attached here. After clicking that you should have the memory album option at the bottom of the list.

You really decided to go and post all over the f95 to shit on someone who works on a mod with nothing in return in their free time? Do you have any idea how long it takes to color/redraw/shade images? Have you seen how long it has taken for other games to make art in color? because if we wait for that to be finished, the new sister travel game will end up coming out somewhere in 2027 and nothing has finished it
