Game that is currently Inusuku(developer) working on.
It is remake of his old game , but it will be completely different game with new story/mechanics and content.
From previews it seems to be even greater than Fantasy ( this thread) in terms of content , but it is set in modern world so there is no battle elements.

Dude, experiment with the game more. This isn't just a sister touching game, if you want to go anywhere decent, you're gonna need more stats than you have.

Anyone knows how to unlock this specific scene? Its supposedly a variation of the toilet sex scene in the DLC but whatever I do, I can only finish on imouto's mouth. I saw this image while browsing the DLC_Data folder so we can unlock it yes?

Edit: I finally figured it out. You just need to "cancel" selecting the finish on mouth (its Right click on mouse). The cum meter will then progress from 100% to 120% and MC will automatically release it inside.

Progress further to the game then make sure that she is maxed both your trust and interestbto her so that she can agreed to you to use her P and maybe due to lack of count of peeping and barging. Just play the story until you finished all then someday your sister will accept your request ❤

With the FFFOX MOD and the vials there are some additional scenes for the end of the game, but pregnancy specifically there are no additional or special ones.
