That skill is a punishment you spend skill points to delete. Pregnancy is a bad end, though I can't remember if it shows up in the gallery and means you should go for it once.

That skill was being deactive from the start of the game so when will it be active again? also was it really bad end? i look at the gallery and it look good.

The game ends without you curing your sister and instead making her produce a baby, she ain't surviving that.

Well i just ended with pregnant end. It said happy ending. There is no curing or dying part as you said. Maybe there was some change that you dont know from last time you play game?
Basically in true/canon end , you meet elf who says that your sister will die soon if not cured , but he can delay her sickness if brother sacrifice his life force ( becomes sterile as side effect)
After brother sacrifices his life force , elf says that even with this spell his sister will die for sure within few years , but the world is big and there is way to cure her probably somewhere .
So , since this is canon end , in the end where sister becomes pregnant she will die soon after birth.
and in true end brother is sterile , so no children till they find cure.

Guys, whats the supposed lore of this game?
It is set in usual fantasy world and stuff but if you eat in the city you can see the sister drinking what looks like a boba tea.
Whats that modern item doing here?? Theorymaxxing has made my pp go limp so it would be nice if there was an official lore.
