Today Inusuku published a preview showing how the cell phone system will be used and a little bit of what the days will be like, in this case if you play as a student.

Freely, you cannot. You must finish all the main story to get the "non wet dreams" scenes, that are 1 for the Kasumi and 1 for yui.
For the beach scene, you must go to the beach in weekends and choose to go with everyone (i cannot remember when we unlock that option, finish main story first). For wet dreams, go to sleep with 120 lust.
No, you cannot ha e sex with them freely like with the sister
Also, if you cannot understand my english, sorry, I tried hard (or not??), I will improve my inglés in a future (o no?)

You get them from the hot springs DLC after the main story is done. You don't get the beach until you make relevant progress in the DLC.

Thank you for your answer, BartzV .you speak great English,I can understand you perfectly and I get what you mean, so no need to worry about that part. i read the FAQ so I know there will be only CG instead of a touching sim.I just need to know the instructions since I already played until day 200 and I still haven’t any clue how to get them. The most time consuming part is at 175%. It just depends on if they get the planning and programming done right the first time, unlike the DLC where he finished it, then playtested it and thought it was shit. It could be christmas time if his eye isn't a problem and he keeps previous pace.

One of the very few games where the programming is the bottleneck.

We might get lucky and see a 2025 release still but even if that doesn't happen.. the wait is worth it i am sure ^^ Looking forward to it a lot!

With all the setbacks and recent health issues, I very much doubt it at this point. Maybe a demo? I don't know if he released demos for the other games in the past.
It's a shame, but as you said, the wait is sure to be worth it. I can't find another cohab game that really compares to this one.

I 100% agree, Monochrome fantasy is the first cohab game ever i tried. The black and white drew me in at first, the art style is really nice and there's just something about the game, a feeling that i just haven't been able to find in any other game like this so far.

I'm with you, man. This game is also the trigger for my obsession to cohabitation genre. I think I already tried almost all of the popular ones, but I always come back to this game.

I agree that this is the best of the cohabitation games, but I'm always on the lookout for more. Once I'm done with this game's DLC I'll need something to hold me over until monochrome remake...

All of them can (must) be unlock sleeping with the lust at 120. Yes, all of them are random. Yes, you will savescum a lot because it can be repeated.
