Yeah, the sex came way too early without any actual build up of consensual intimacy. Not saying that no one wants to see sex. It's just that the characterization doesn't align with the context and that ruins the immersion of the sex scene.

In other words, Tsunade is supposed to resist Naruto's advances because she clearly isn't into him (yet) so if Naruto were to have any sex with her it'd have to be through nonconsensual means, at least in this early phase of the game's plot where Naruto is still just settling down with Tsunade and committing sexual mischief here and there.

Now, perhaps the dev doesn't really care about properly fleshing out the development of character relationships or maybe he just doesn't wanna implement certain themes into his work. In that case, it can't be helped.

Yeah accidental sex or surprise sex would be so hot and perfect, I think it wasn't fully consensual though!

I think the sex was consensual, she even remembered everything the next morning so she wasn't completely drunk just a tiny buzz and felt obligated because he helped her. Like I mentioned I just hope more scenes are added or dialog is redone for the sex scene. If I don't look at it as a slow corrupting game kinda just goofy random (which the game gives a slowly corrupting vibe to me) then sure speed run sex with everyone lol but considering it gives a corruption type game vibe and its Tsunade themed, would think to have sex with her would have to be the biggest challenge but here we are haha. Animations are good though and still probably the best animated naruto H game out there

yea idk why dev just doesn't say EST time or something for less confusion xD but it will be 9pm EST today
