This is the version released by Kagura Games, while the previous one was a modded fan translation.

Talk to the guard near the bathhouse, then go back near the hole.
Church is in the upper city (after 10 levels of the tower dungeon). Scene starts in the house near the church.

How can you be lost?
Talk to npcs... Every npc/building has either h-scenes or npcs with requests (which are needed to progress).
Quick guide:
Lower city center: inn for 10 gold for handjob/blowjob scene, inn for 100 gold (after walking in naked), work in blacksmith's shop, work in the bar, merchant in the market, checkpoint then entering the tower, clearing corruption with gradma you meet after entering the city (different scene for each corruption level).
Lower city right side: inn for 30 gold (take the free drink), bathhouse (first open bath, then mixed bath and men's bath, near the hole in the wall.
Lower city left side: brothel, exhibition events (starts in the house in top left corner, then talk to npcs all over the city while naked), inn scene (after unlocking exhibition and events in right side inn).
Upper city: arena, house near the church, another brothel, magician's house, merchant, casino, drug seller.
Top of the tower: prostitution with the noble, scenes with your master (take her with you when you have lv4 corruption and talk to npcs all over the city - clothed and while naked/flashing boobs).

Scenes refresh when you go to sleep. All of them have variants depending on your corruption level but even if you reset corruption, they will repeat the last unlocked variant.
I probably missed some, just writing what I remember.

Previous translation was really well and properly done already, they could instead pick a brand new untranslated game.
Or include both uncensored AND preg mode as someone else is doing that now.

After loading the save provided here you should be able to see a red magic circle within the house you are in.

Weird, may I ask if you have just downloaded the game after the Kagura version update or are you using the one made by fan translation ?
