Hi, the game seems interesting but its something i dont understand and i would like to know before i download anything, what is the difference between the 4 versions you mention? the Zesty have the same content that normal but with names change? and what is the difference in content between premium and free version?

Normal Free: What's on itch, the most default version
Zesty Free: Re-written version so that incestuous terms like sister are used, but incest can be turned off.
Normal Paid: What's on Patreon, Adds an extra scene or 2 that will go free next month. but otherwise the same.
Zesty Paid: What's on Substar, Adds the extra scenes AND makes it incestuous. Incest can be turned off.

You can literally turn off netorare for that route. Or you can just avoid that character altogether, yes
