My guy, the dev has been replying to this issue over and over again (literally two or three post ago one page back). The patch is unoffical, does not work, and they don't know why it's still there. Here's the link to the 'Zesty' version he provided:

The dom Clarissa sex scene was hella anticlimactic and short. Considering all the tension and build up it was such a let down.

The animations are really good, and Linda and Clarissa are the sexiest. I need more scenes with them. I'd love to see Linda's huge ass bouncing in doggy style and reverse cowgirl. I wish there were POV views so I could get a better look at those butts. I don't like the side camera angles, but the game is still good, it just has too few scenes, only one sex scene for each girl. I wish there were more.

During the intro am I supposed to be able to change Addison's pronouns? When he is first introduced I get the renpy error screen and click ignore and it goes to the "does he have a dick" option and now MC refers to him with "they". I wonder if it defaulted to some nonbinary option? I only just finished the into and did a few scenes so it might happen later I guess.

edit: That seems to be exactly what happened since if I start a new game and select "skip to day select", the first scene with Addison says "He steps gently" while on my file it says "They step gently"

Currently playing the 'zesty' version (that was provided by the dev) and the game crashes when Addison is introduced. Specifically when asked to change the name. That ass literally broke my game lmfao
