It feels like this game suffers not for its actual content, but because it varies enough from how its marketed as to annoy the people who wanted that, and drive off the people who wanted what it actually IS without them having seen its not something else.
Easy example, Locked in Chastity? The literal name? Not really a major feature in the game. One side character is locked up (and is the ONLY trans in game, causing the "futa/trans", gay tag ect) appears in a a couple of times getting railed by somebody who will later go on to be a love interest of protagonists GF. That side character aren't a love interest themself, nor was it cheating for either of them at the time, or big for the plat in other ways. So like 50% of NTR fans see the name and tags will skip thinking erroneously (but rationally) its a feminization game and leave, meanwhile everybody who WANTS those tags will be mad when its not a focus. Heck its barely been a side story, if the devs had skipped it (and IMO its hot and should stay) nothing else would be changed in the later narritive so far (you could flip the one shower scene to just the other character jerking off instead of the trans blowjob), so adding the option to make it not happen (rather than just not see it) and adding"optional" next to the tags would have been enough to keep all the player base... well at least if it wasn't for the poorly chosen name suggesting otherwise.
