Hi, I'm having problems to launch the game. Could anyone give me a hint what I'm doing wrong?

What I did:
1. Download the game from DLSite
2. Apply [TL 1.0] Lolique 2 ~Pure White~.rar patch
3. Run Game.exe

you also need to apply and run the game with the Japanese locale

Where do I put public data? which folder? Data folder?

you need unzip PublicData.rvdata2 into the game folder, where game.exe is

Where can I find Ilia after she is captured? She's not in the main prison where death 666 would be in. Sidenote: I captured her after main story

She was in the prisons in the second play through now that I put her in prison before the ending.

Downloaded the MTL version, installed patch. That one works. Will not work on the DL version. Thanks for the response.

So does anyone actually have or know where to download the game? Because none of the links in op work, the downloads over at Veye's blog are empty/deleted now, and I frankly don't know how to torrent and it would likely take me longer to learn how to do so without bringing myself issues or breaking something than if someone could please point me to where I could find the game.
