The "Brainwashes you." part of the description is supposed to imply that you can't use weapons because your "owner" has forbidden it. But it probably should be explicitly specified.
Mind you, the official English translation is in major need of some TLC (text blocks with wrong names [but are correct in the CHT native language], excess files that don't exist in any other translations, etc...)

except that sort of false since u can wear any on the side arm (which include dagger, throwing kunai,fire,water,electric spellbook,abomination totem,shield) for some odd reason the carpet bomb talkie we got from justice is the only equipment does not allow tho, weapon aside i also cant wear anything on the top extra equipment slots doesn't show as lock out but I just can't put anything on.

so if i just delete the line it would allow me to wear the equipment again or would it cause any complication?
Yep.
Shouldn't cause any complication, though if you have the editor to be able to delete the lines from the note it would be better to futureproof your edits by duplicating the set into a mod and then removing the
sealed and fixed lines from the duplicated set. (unless you know how to do it all via code, then a modscript would be sufficient)The ones marked with
fixed usually refer to the current item, while the ones marked with sealed are the other slots and equip types.

The game is replete with dirty repetitive debauchery in different poses and characters who want to beat up first and then rape. An absolutely uninteresting, unnecessary game for a person and his consciousness, which, on the contrary, is capable of clogging the consciousness and mind of many in the worst possible way. I don't recommend anything, the game is not the best game in the dark fantasy genre. Stupid ads from youtubers who love porn content and everything dirty.

Kind of. I’m spare time when bored with life, and life isn’t going anywhere even with trying very much to do life properly. Job, partner, social life etc. Some people are too ugly and the world just doesn’t accept them, like me, no matter how hard I try, so you end up very little money, no good looking partner, no job, and some unfortunate free time. If I could fill the time with a job at Walmart or target, I would, and yes, already applied and spoke to managers at majority of locations in my city. I DO my due diligence. I’m a diligent worker. Maybe that’s why I just go ahead and translate things for myself sometimes, out of being tired of the lack of continued commitment.
Although if I ask me, for simple things, it’s always easier to do something, make a guide on the quick steps, and let anyone with a brain do it in case you’re nowhere.
and that’s occurring as of 8.9.0.1? I must write to eccma if that is so and inform the spiteful, accusatory, hateful soul. I think he would appreciate being reminded. He probably won’t fix the naming conventions though as it’s not really effecting (affecting?) gameplay or functionality. It’s just as if the piercer misunderstood the task and gave you a tiny gauge instead of a loop.
Probably not. It would work the same as the eng files. If you start the game on mtl language, and if the mod is made to work with the already set language folder, then should be fine… unless it specifically needs to be referenced from a language folder named “eng” or “cht” or etc.
You can bypass that too by renaming the Eng folder to anything and renaming the mtl folder to eng.
Eng-> real Eng
Mtl-> Eng
Worked for me to double translate with mtl by using the cht folder name because it references the cht folder to make a mtl folder.
UMM only has the ENG and RUS folders, moddev forgot to translate to the other languages. It relies on the $lang variable that the game uses and then extends the games translation system for other mods to use.

Only the ENG part of it is, the CHT part is the dev's and rest of the languages are their corresponding translators.
