No it's not compatible.
Because the English translation is not complete and the English Patch is for a much older version of the game.

how do i find the ogre boss and how do i meet the mad beast ( i kept getting goblins and bandits in the arena)the giant pig
the arena mad beast when you loose
the orge boss when you loose
you can forced sex with grey rat and elise if you have the juicing skill
oh and some of the other abominable beside the tentacle(just juice them all to check much easier than waiting for them to fk Lona)

Mad Beast is a RNG encounter. Ogre boss, if i understand correctly is in the North-Eastern part of the map where you can both meet abomination riding goblins and abomination nests. It is a desert landscape. If you search some, you can see a lot of castle walls. The boss resides in a Red-ish tower like structure. You can enter it.
It is up to 0.9.0.15 and Eccma has actually shared it for free in his Subscribestar page. He has a linked MEGA link to all his current versions if you scroll down a little there.

It could do with an update.
Back in February I attempted to make a version that used the PaletteChanger to change the colors instead of replacing the sprites.
Concept worked, but gave up because extracting and merging the palettes of all the sprites was a bit over my head. The tools I was using (the ones recommended by the dev) aren't exactly automation friendly (at least, not in any way that I could find), and were prone to crashing without pre-processing the graphics files thru something like PNGGauntlet or ImageMagick (I used the latter)
I shared what I ended up with when I gave up.

It is in a village. You can get there by exiting Noer City from the eastern gate, then go on the path that goes North. Follow it and by your right you will see a village. Cloud Village i think it was called, forgot. Anyway you can be certain that it is the right one when you get a very odd conversation with a guy at the bridge. You get the crate and return it to the jew merchant.

I don't believe so. But then again, I haven't played this game for a while due to RL constraints.
Most likely. They get aggressive when you enter the building with the crate.
But you may be able to stealth your way around. I wasn't able to and had to kill them.
