It's because this Lona's race has a mix of Moot on top of being an Abomination. Moot race specializes in stealth mechanics and has +5 SCU by default. In comparison to other races, Moot Lona doesn't need any trait points assigned into Scoutcraft to be stealthy. Most of the time, Moot Lona can cast skill and walk through many passages undetected, as seen in the video. Not to say that spending trait points into Scoutcraft and selecting 'Into the Darkness' is useless, what I'm trying to say is that, by default, Moot Lona is already stealthy enough to the point where going with the usual 4 Scoutcraft and unlocking stealth mode isn't mandatory.
I had try Moot and Moot Abomination before but didn't recognize that. Just Sneak around with Ctrl...facepalm.

Can any hero share the full save of version 0.9.8.1.3 update, including all missions done, all achievements completed and all the gears in the bank please! I don't wanna do rebirth just to do few things differently. The game is extremely time consuming instead of being entertaining.

The dev is banned on most social media, forums, and imageboards (including here on f95), so I doubt he's much of a frequenter of anything.
But he apparently was associated with 4chan some 10~15 years ago, digging though what's left of his online presence back then shows he was drawing Warhammer 40k memes and some Skullgirls stuff. Maybe it's just my imagination but the way he used to draw Feng (one of Skullgirls side-characters) may be faintly reflected in how Lona looks.

The caricature is certainly jarring, but I would not say it's necessarily out of place, in the sense that Noer includes whole bunch of other caricatures and references to pop culture, media, and real life groups or events, the merchant just happens to be the one most people come across first, but the full scale of it is pretty wide and indiscriminate.

Just use the Cheat mod. Download the AIO version at the very bottom page of latest release.
If you don't know how to set it up, extract the archive using application like Winrar inside 'Game'\ModScripts\_Mods folder, run the game, once inside the main menu click the 'MODS' option at the bottom, activate the Cheat mod through the confirm button, click accept, rerun the game, go ingame, click F9 to open the Cheat menu, click the 'Items' option, scroll down until you see 'my Child', |071, |078, |079 and |080 correspond to all 4 races Lona can rebirth into.
For |071 Child, it corresponds to Abomination race, selling 2 of these to Elise (the lil'mad doc at the clinic of Noer) will allow Lona to rebirth into an Abomination (Sick Human), while selling 4 of these will allow her to rebirth into a mix of Moot+Abomination (Unwell Mixed-Race). For |078 (Human), |079 (Moot or Mixed-Race) and |080 (Deepone or Smelly Human) Childs, just having 1 in your inventory or giving them away to the monastry will allow Lona to rebirth into the corresponding race. After you've set up the Child you wish to rebirth into, open the Cheat menu again, click 'Items' and scroll down to |052 for 20-30x Gold coins in order to board the ship at Noer.
For Abomination and Deepone races, in order to fully unlock their potential you need to talk to Fortune Teller at Noer (Abomination) and Sea Witch at Fishtopia (Deepone). If you don't wanna go through this, just open the Cheat menu, click 'Change Race' in the middle and choose which race you wish Lona to be. You can simply do this too without having to rebirth if all you want is to change race, though since you want to respec as well, follow what I said in the above paragraphs.
It's up to you now at this point. All of the items you're looking for such as armor and weapon can be obtained through Cheat menu.
Out of all of these, I only use one, which is the Nun Outfit lol, and it's still working. The Booba mod is more like copy/paste graphics and pconfig for me. Current public Roleplay-S should 99.99% work with the game's version posted on the main page of this thread.

By the way Kenny567 do you know on what stats exactly does this 'Deceive' option depend? This option is unlocked after assigning 5 trait points to Wisdom and used after interacting to the door of some houses inside Noer. From what I tested so far, it seems to depend on WIS (the higher the better), on Dirty (the lower the better) and on Weak (the lower the better).
