You're wrong. Wisdom DOES provide percentage inceases to trading value when selling items. So if you theoretically had 99 Wisdom - you'd be selling items at almost the market value. There's actually a bit of code that puts a hard cap at 95%(or somewhere near it) of trade value while selling items, probably to prevent the cheese of selling items for more than they cost to buy.

saves from older vers of the game doesn't seem to be usable

I mean u can holddown shift + rest skill u will sleep.
If you have key ! You back your room, day/night skip.
If you dont have any key ! Bigmama will kick you out of tavern.
For more you maybe still be agro - targeted.
-Be agro: you can check you MORA under -200 or higher 200. You can wait around minute. Your MORA will back normal. now you can talk/interac with NPC normaly.
-Be targeted: Throw stone skill cannot distract them. Just wait until they not target you any more.

So i found out that you can avoid abominations encounter by using bomb. If i have both shock bomb and frag bomb can i make it so it use shock bomb first to avoid encounter?

Can't really "fix" that because it's just how AI pathing works in this game. But you can make them faster. This post covers it. I'd also recommend maintaining direct line of sight with them to "lead" them in straight lines
