Which mod did you use to change Lona’s hair and skin color? It looks great with the mod you created.
Thanks. For the hair color, download Desu Mode (from ) and then download this edit of it: https://f95zone.to/threads/lonarpg-v0-9-0-5-beta-eccma417.49993/post-14055306. The hair color is called "LBrown" in the edited mod. 1) Install the base Desu Mode. 2) Rename "DESUHAIR-LBrown.act" in the edited mod to "DESUHAIR.act" and put it in DESU_MODE\others_pals, replacing the old file. 3) Open DesuPalette.rb with Notepad++ or something similar and add a hashtag before all the "BitmapChanger" lines other than the hair one to deactivate them (unless you want some of the other changes too).

For the skin, put this .json in your PaletteChanger folder:

For me it's kind of an exaggerated parallel to real life. Lona at all points in the game can do anything she wants really. She doesn't need to be on a path to purity, she can deceive people and lie to people or ruin their life for her own gain (like Cecily questline). She just had bad luck being born into a fucked up world and now needs to navigate, but doing good things has virtually no effect on how people treat her because these people themselves can also do stuff however they want, they have no moral obligation to be good to lona even if she saves/helps them. In this sense I think it does a really good job at showing how dirty human nature is which is the exact reason I fell in love with the game.
what is the game name on your left banner ?

Imagine getting Bobo off the island via the ship, paying 10 gold coins or more for a pig. It's wack, but hey it's Bobo, I can make the decision for Lona and I think she would agree, Bobo > others companions because they all have their own scheme whileBobo is just chill, straight up deal or no deal.
Imagine Elise finding out, squealing like fangirl that just got her crackship validated and not-so-subtly feeding Bobo and Lona some ungodly brew of fertility drugs and health supplements in efforts to make one of the many inevitable pregnancies actually last to term.

As for the game's setting, I'm getting a bit of late 18th century France impression (Louis XV and XVI era). The overall technology level, the sharp contrast between elites and masses, the importance of naval travel and trade, the impeding/ongoing failure of basic food supply. Makes you wonder how much of Noer's bread is actually made of wheat and how much is sawdust and plaster. Noer could be one of remote colonies in the era. Where the man in charge is smart and callous enough to redirect people's anger against refugees instead of trying to suppress it by force.

Honestly, wouldn't even be the weirdest thing to buy passage for. I'm sure at least a couple nobles have decided to bring along something like a horse or a pet and 10 gold is no small change.

As for bread, remember, the biggest city on the island isn't Noer, it's Sybaris. Sybaris and its immediate surrounding areas has been completely desolated making it hard to tell what used to be there. There could have very well been farming communities that existed near its borders. We encounter a barnhouse that's full of crazy people if I recall correctly. There's also a few rural communities in the other areas that could actually be larger but have been scaled down for simplification. Aside from that though, historically, many poor peasants foraged to supplement their diet. They didn't rely completely on crops they grew. Even modern North Koreans do that in the present.
As for redirecting people's anger, unlikely. If the current state of affairs has taught me anything, it's that the rich prefer the lower class to fight amongst itself. Less people = more resources for the rich, logic be damned.

You need to redownload your audio drivers.

I feel that they will never be happy or satisfied with the game that is offered to them, for the love of God, let's play and have fun, it's a game, not real life, not everything has to be perfect or logical, I just want to play and experience the game even if it has its flaws or errors, I don't want to solve an equation of why the universe exists. Greetings

Activate the arrow/darker gray end of the area. This has been answered more than once in this thread, so it's often a good idea to just search with the top right searchbar (you can limit it to just this thread, it even does it by default) to get your answer faster.

so for the cost of 1000 TP, you can reduce the world difficulty by 1, no limit, so if you want to reduce the world difficulty by 24, trade 24000 TP (also, free morality too :p)
Here's the file, which goes in Data/HCGframes/event folder (backup the original for safekeeping), for those that dont want to hunt the preacher event, enjoy (and if someone wants to make this a proper modscript, please do)
Shadesishere Here you go! Includes text correction.

If anyone can recommend somewhere official to upload mods to (Ideally without a Russian interface) let me know. I guess I could put them on the Wiki

Top stuff. Looked over it, looks great. gonna try it with a fresh install later (I manually edited... a lot of the game files, changed some items, weapons, changed the visability settings so things are dark but seeable at night, altered the weather chances in infested/abomination locations to sort out some weird lag I was getting in those locations... like 3-5 second input lag, really bad)

You have to leave the safety of the starting town basically and/or survive like 2+ weeks to find them. There's no scripted change of pace or anything, you, the player, needs to encounter the events. If you don't mind spoilers and oversimplifications to minimize spoilers, here are some examples:
  1. Rescue someone's sister from a cult
  2. Watch a simp get fucked to death by a forgotten goddess
  3. Kicking a goblin's nuts until they explode
  4. Be the gladiator champion
  5. Bring honor to tribe of well endowed nudists by killing a massive boar
  6. Rescue captured women from monster nests (which you can basically do anywhere without grabbing a quest)
  7. Help defend the borders against the body horror horde
  8. Rescue someone's son who was sold into sexual slavery
  9. Rescue a monkey from a bunch of zoophiles (I'm being completely serious)
  10. Finding and rehabilitating an orphan that's basically a feral child (objectively the best storyline)
  11. Fight a younger and hotter Big Mama
Edit: Removed a couple duplicates.
Done 1, 6 and 7. Are there follow-ups to those? Especially with 6 it felt very disappointing even for a radiant quest considering the condition of the NPCs. Actually quit after 1 because it felt like it ended without a conclusion. The change of pace I need is not something grand, but just to see somebody likeable temporarily prosper. Many events feel like they are just there to be checked off and move along instead of being complete stories. One of the worst cases for me was when the quest giver for the famly quest says she wants to check for herself and there not being any follow up. It feels anticlimactic when the story just throws you back into the misery grind instead of getting to relish an achievement.

Shouldn't conflict with any existing changes, since it just hooks and replaces references to the original script (technically it's editing the map).

The only one that really have some type of follow up is the 7. I think what you need to do is the defense from the east so you can meet the girl who like explosives (I guess you already did that, the cannon one I mean), later go to the east, where you did the cultist one, to a type of tower or wall between the normal land and abomination one (I don't really know if is mandatory but I did it anyway). After that you need go to a city where you can find, south from Sybaris, a isolated city where you can do a chain of missions and later of some missions they ask you about the girl from before and from there follows the story. There's more I could tell from that but I prefer you discover the last part for yourself. By the way, the 1 have a "conclusion" but only if you escape from the island. The 6 don't have for what I know.

Something I forgot to ask here is, how you find the 10? I never see that one or at least I don't recognize that one.
