At least that's the one I use. I'm not sure if you're using the cosmetic version or not, but I just get the regular one and cheat mod so I can equip it at the beginning. I can vouch it works on the old version and the new version I posted.

The one I mentioned is the one that has gameplay effects. So your sexy and other stats go up when you have big tits equipped. The RC version is just a cosmetic change with no change to stats. For some reason, it breaks. At least it did for me. Might be where it's updated less
So I just been using the one that changes gameplay, it hasn't failed me in months. Pairing it with the cheat mod let's you equip from the start like I said, so you don't have to grind money for a personal preference.
I'm just here to complain. I wanted to like this game, I gave it an honest shot, but...
This game combines two of my most hated video game mechanics: hunger meter along with stamina on basic attacks. I can't deal with this shit. Why do people keep designing games like this?
When I play a video game I want to be someone cool or powerful or capable. I don't want to play as a weakling who will die of starvation if I leave her alone. I don't want my 'hero' to collapse after she swings her sword too many times.
It's such a shame. I was looking forward to seeing Lona get into all kinds of sexy situations. But I've decided it's not worth my time unless there's an infinite food or infinite stamina cheat I can use.

There is a cheat mod in this thread it's very powerful and does what you want... although I will warn you all of the things you described not liking are integral to the theme of Lona, she is sold as a protag who is not powerful or capable, a 'hero' who sometimes does not have the physical strength to do the right thing. The "sexy situations" you can get into in this game are negative outcomes from being too weak to fight back. You can be a prostitute and weasel your way into the upper class district but that's about as consensual sexy as you are getting.
Long story short, people keep designing games with adversity that aren't pure dynasty warriors power fantasy simulators, because it's fun. I'd consider more of the norm than an aberration, if one considers that most highly rated pieces of media contain it aplenty, but most of the 0-100 instant power fantasy is considered to be low tier slop. I'd personally agree with that one, but I'm not trying to call enjoying the OP simulators wrong or anything. This seems to be just a pure preference gap, here.
Can you give your save file? I tried many times but still didn't get nun outfit.

This will sound harsher than the others' replies but I'll answer this with a question. Why do people make pizza when there's cake to eat? Why do people play football instead of basketball? Why do people design a game like Dota instead of making more games like Mortal Kombat? I think you know where I'm getting at here. This type of design is called 'flavor', some people will like it, some won't. And you just happen to not enjoy the flavor that these types of survival game are offering.
