It's a tile marker on the map. Probably made as a reminder to the dev about the elise quest (it points to it in the scripts), but didn't make it invisible.

EDIT: It seems he's working on finishing Elise's quest line at the moment. So anybody experiencing problems with it, his advice is basically:
"Don't. It's not finished. It's been cut off until it is."

As for Lona, it's really normal for the time being. Especially for areas with a lot of lighting and multiple effects. Add to it the AI and it slows down. But it's not so bad as it sounds, keep playing you'll see what I mean. It speeds up on its own.

Though I wish the guy can take a chill... I can understand almost everyone's on the edge considering everything happening right now, the Varus, the riots, Chahna and shit... But at the end of the day, it's merely ourselves VS uncertainty, and we're all in this together.
Eccma, if you can see this, we still love your work, man. I know this is kinda cheesy and old fashioned, but you need to take care of yourself better. Living in hatred and rage is liberating but erratic, it'll have consequences to one's physical and mental health. It's best to temper one's resolve, stoic determination over rage. Gave me a good laugh checking it out. The translation from 0.4.2.3 is compatible, but here it is anyway so no one needs to backtrack.
EDIT: The translation for Elise's Fishisle quest is nearly done, I need to polish it a bit(well, what we have so far anyway, it is incomplete and being worked on atm). So at the time it goes live, there will be a translation available(minus the quick test nothing's broken).
