Well the realism is what I truly like the game, beside if you guys just let go 'good path', the stories is actually realism, tragic, and also warm sweet (especially Cocona and Big Mama, I think Big Mama personalities should be polished more).
I fail to see how it could be difficult to use, control-wise it is basically the same as before. Install-wise it is simple to install, but people can't seem to follow instructions.
I'd like to add that not every game is for everyone. LonaRPG seems to be aimed to be more RPG oriented than H oriented, and the RPG element is what made me stay with the H being just extra (though most of the H here is way too brutal for my taste). This game is in the same essence as Dark Soul where it will filter out people with not enough willpower to get through the harshest challenge. I'm of the same opinion that no matter how much content will be added to this game, the complaints still won't end since the complaint I'm often seeing isn't even about the content, it's about the difficulty of the game relating to stamina management and money farming. If the player don't have enough time to experiment and explore the world, there's always general guides for them to follow, if they don't wanna look at guides and tips either then that's on them, this game isn't even that difficult, not that RNG heavy (the random stun can be annoying and fatal though), we just need to know the know-how, heck I would even go on a hot take and say LonaRPG is actually easier than Karryn's Prison at the highest difficulty.
If you want more infos, you can always go to his itch.io and check out the developer logs. Usually between versions eccma posts things he is working on. Usually it's just pictures of sprites he's working on. Sometimes a short video (usually when he makes a new skill or weapon).

You can't freely keep TP with you, you can only use this currency at the place you obtained it, TP will disappear if 1) you leave the place 2) half day pass.
does that include when you dance at the inn?
Yeah, whoring Lona at the tavern by doing the dancing job has the high risk of depleting most of her stamina down to -100 if she gets raped, in which case Lona will faint and then half a day will pass, causing all TP you gained previously to disappear. To avoid it, make sure to avoid anyone trying to rape Lona after being done with the dancing.
