how do you get abomination baby?

By being impregnated by an abomination. However there's a chance of miscarriage, in which case you gotta load back to a save where Lona hasn't been impregnated yet and repeat the pregnancy process or have her conceive a new baby. There's also a chance that Lona won't get pregnant, in which case you gotta make sure Lona's womb is completely filled on an ovulation day to get the highest chance of pregnancy.

At the abomination land, usually located at the corner of the map. The safest place to find an abomination is at the far right of Doom Fortress, here:
