There's changelog in the game folder (readmeUpdateLog) that has the whole history of updates.
I think there was more context to inclusion of the particular character discussed somewhere in itch.io updates, but that's now purged, so I can't verify. Part of it is mirrored on dev's pixiv, which is then mirrored on kemono.cr but I don't see anything conclusive there either.
The dev is loose enough with the English language you can read "raid" as pester/harras about.
Whether that was originally a request made and pushed in earnest or some sort of reverse psychology troll is anyone's guess. We've reached the level of internet where anything can be on indeterminable layers of irony and/or false flag, so there's always room for skepticism.
But hey, people have asked for inclusion in good faith before, that's how we got the sprites for Blade Dancer NPC, but eccma took too long and the person making the request changed his mind so it's left unfinished.
If we could ask Eccma directly, which we kind of can, making account on itch costs nothing and I don't think the forum verifies who puchased the game or not, I wouldn't want to waste that question of what's fundamentally throw away NPC with little significance. I'd rather learn more about Cecily and Elise. Or Maani (my pet theory is there could be a way of turning her against Milo).
You can play the game now (0.9.9.1), or wait for 0.10.0.2 which should be pirated in matter of days. The difference will be small bugfixes and cooking code cleanup. There's plenty of content as is and if the game doesn't discourage you within first few hours you're in for quite a ride.

I just went back to the Burning Keg and she's outside hitting a training dummy. But when I talk to her she just says "Now's not the time." and there's no quest that follows? Is that the current end of her questline?
I just want to double check and make sure I didn't mess something up or that I need a specific stat to proceed.
