Jocular nature does not grant it exemption from being subject to the rules of the forum. One would think that absurdity in a comment should make its sarcastic nature obvious, but too many people still have a hard time with recognizing sarcasm. I blame a tendency to rush to judgement.
Got it. Serious business only. No fun allowed.Jocular nature does not grant it exemption from being subject to the rules of the forum.

The person who's kinks were attacked marked "Like" on that post, so I don't think the so-called "victim" would agree with you.Sarcasm ill befits you.
We're allowed to have fun but not when it can be interpreted as an attack on someone else's kinks.
Check again, it got a facepalm. Currently, you're the only one to give it a like. The person who's kinks were attacked marked "Like" on that post
I misinterpreted the icon, and my argument was based on that misinterpretation. So with that my whole argument falls apart. I apologize and stand corrected.Check again, it got a facepalm. Currently, you're the only one to give it a like.
And with that, I gracefully bow out. We've wasted too much time on this already.
My views are not your views and both stances are equally valid, depending on the person that holds it.
Let's try to keep this more on topic now.
Haha, I am kind of the same when it comes to playing other games. I try to go the pure route and do the impossible by either grinding out the shit out of the game to get the "pure" endings or forcing a bunch of resets cause I did not like the results. It kind of became my fetish now haha. Like I swear, there is something so pleasing to have a small "nearly" defenseless girl slaughter several orkind, deepons, and bandit outposts, purge all of the flesh demons' lairs, and save everyone possible (but slaughter all those that are unworthy) in the name of protecting Lona's "purity".Thanks, Squark, but do know that I hold no contempt for ponyob4's comment as we ARE LITERALLY IN A PORNOGRAPHIC WEBSITE THAT PUSHES THE BOUNDS OF HUMAN DECENCY!!!
Though why would it let it define us? Does playing video games increase my tendency to do crime or madness?
I believe that would be a failure on the individual's part.
When I play Lona I try to fight against this world to be the Hero and the light in the darkness.
When I play Degrees of Lewdity I protect the weak and beat the rapist to justice.
As for kinks... I am a real-life femboy and I do hope and pray for the great Genetic Engineers to give humanity ultimate biological adaptation to mold our flesh like Prototype style and shapeshifting powers and regeneration
But yeah TLDR. You are a human being based on the actions that affect others and not what you do privately that affects only yourself.
You can restore your morality several different ways. The cheapest way is to just buy a fake ID paper (resets your morality to 50), grindy but possible way is to help a bunch of people (people that require help, giving food to the poor, or saving imprisoned girls), or the most expensive way which is to donate a butt load of money to the church (they don't deserve your money...). But honestly, it is a huge handicap to start out as a slave so I don't recommend it. If you want to challenge yourself, more power to you. But essentially, after you escape and get the mark removed, it's just back to square one of where you started from your play through... just several days ahead with more exp... and probably a lot of wasted resources.is there any path for slave in this game? I know that it's possible to ran away in many cases e.g. at fishkyn island you can escape by rafts (first at slave's camp and 2 o the north in the island) but what's then?? Every guard hunting you so the most locations are unavaible so the only solution is to remove the slave's mark at the Elise ginecology or the is something more (quests, path) for slave?
No... it is suppose to be like that (sadly). Lona is just a human so she doesn't get nigh vision ;.; But you can equip a lantern on your off hand or in the EXT-1 or 2 slot and you can see much better. Or you could invest 99 skill points into SCU and maybe, just maybe, you will be able to see the wall in front of your face.I'm at 30 SCU and still can't see absolutely shit.
I checked older posts here and the code doesn't seem much different, but there's zero difference in brightness I can see in 6.6.0.
Am I missing something?

Haha, don't worry. You will eventually get there. I actually started playing Lona with cheats cause it was too hard. If you are struggling, try to play with cheats, and eventually, you will learn how the combat works and what is optimal. And then eventually, you will be so good at it you won't need cheats~Btw this game has a unofficialYou must be registered to see the links
I think it is important to raise this so ppl that are good with Lonarpg can contribute.
I can't cause I suck at this game
You know... now that you mention it... I went and tested the game's opacity difference with different levels of SCU... I see no difference... Tf?! I am confusion LOL. Is the game bugged? Where SCU does not give you the bonus? I will test it further to see if it is just a specific map that is like this or if it is all maps.Is it?
Was it nerfed that badly when I wasn't looking?
After all in 4.6.x, as per the comment I linked and a few comments later, you could, in fact, see something beginning at just 10 SCU. Here I had to cheat myself 50 in SCU (because the 30 I had did absolutely nothing) and even then had to I edit the script file to double the result and only then I was able to see as clearly as you could back then.
Basically it's like there's some invisible minimum you got to surpass before this "2 points brighter" part of the description actually starts applying.
Yes, do reload, please. And better save a file before get in combat. What do you do when you get beaten to the ground? All I seem to be able to do is watch Lona crawl around while 2 rats are beating her up, is there a point to it or should I just reload a game?
One does not simply charge off into a pack of rats. Lure them one at a time using the bridge near the entrance. Set the Rest command. Rest when you're running low on STA.What do you do when you get beaten to the ground? You ought to be able to pick them off easily enough this way.

Yes, I know the opacity is calculated on entry, but my point is that there's basically no improvement until some 40 SCU and then it ramps up significantly. You know... now that you mention it... Edit: So Turns out you need to reset the map in order to see the effects of SCU level increases. the 98 SCU test was after I reset the map. The 50 SCU was before I reset the map and I went straight from 0 to 50. 0 SCU is well... 0 SCU lol.
TL;DR It works and is not bugged.
