how do i update the game? i got 7.5.3 right now and im scared that i will delete the save i got.

As long as they are not from before 7.5.0 you should be fine, just backup your saves, GameLona.ini, GameMods.ini and any mods, then update.

The only thing of note is for anyone using my version of the Cheat Mod, because of what it is checking against to prevent autocheats from running during the main menu, the autocheats may not function on saves from any previous version until rebirth. The check uses the VerInfo string, which is only set once a game has started (either new or load) and doesn't get updated on old saves. Found a much better check that should of been obvious from the start lol.

Could someone tell me if there's any cool hidden areas to be found in this game? I feel like I've seen everything on the main map and fish island so far.

I've now been all over Fishtopia and Sybaris but other than the untranslated bat-cave there does not seem to be anything in the latter area.

Can these heart-brain things in the center right of the screen be killed? Does it affect Sybaris at all?

At first I thought it was my because of my savefile being imported from 0.7.5.3 into the current version. But just to be sure I also tried to chech if it was not a bug from the game itself - so I did extracted the game from download winRAR anew into a different folder as it was while starting entirely new game. And it did was there too - so it is not my imported save that caused it.

I can enter the arena. No error of any kind came up - I also tried to battle to see if it does come up but no problem there.

That could be a temporary sprite, as the red background is in the spritesheet located here: Graphics\Characters\grimdark128_01.png

Nothing to do with saves or scripts.

Attached is a quick fix. Extract to the game's root folder (where Game.exe is) keeping folder structure.

The Fertility Cult was SO HARD this run. I got seriously angry! First, my Lona's stats are low and I had to pick 'ignore' with Ranran. Second, Lona is pregnant so I didn't have Tung Flowers! Third, I had no allies. I ate TEN good soups just to wind up with Cum Addiction! But great news: the Filth Staff has been completely redesigned!

I find the combat in this game way too fast and too messy, it's a clusterfuck of floating numbers, enemies running in random directions and attacking with unreactable attacks as if everything is on fast forward. It also seems like stamina is way too low to handle even a single group fight without collapsing and it recovers way too little for too much food cost when you use the rest command. This feels straight up unplayable, am I missing something? Is there some strategy to make the combat more doable?

Well, Lona is designed as weak, normal and non hero type protagonist. 1 vs many is pretty much impossible for anyone who is new to the game without cheat. 1 vs 1 is your only choice in most situations and stealth is your best approach.

Why would you be sick in the head? I see this game as a battleground where four species battle for supremacy. If you choose to ally with the Abominations that is fine. I couldn't care less about those abducted girls. Goblins, Fishfolk, Abominations are natural creatures. If the only way they can survive as a species is to use women then so be it. There is no morality when it comes to survival. For those who got captured i say sucks to be them but life continues. I for one find their appreciation and desire to reproduce as much as possible as something beautiful. I want to side with the gobbos because they are funny but sadly the game says nope.

Either set banned to 0 for the mods you want to load in GameMods.ini or use NyxLauncher in the ModScripts folder to configure the load order and which mods will load. That setting should really get renamed to "disabled" though.

Note that load order will be reset for any mods that have banned set to 1.

There is a level 1 technique that kills armies even if Lona's hands are tied behind her back:

This maneuver will not work on guards, animals, undead, or parasites, but it will work on hobos, bandits, drunks, fishmen, and goblins.

What error's are you getting specifically? Posting a log would also be helpful.
