its not in the gallery goblins and certain npcs rape everything in sight regardless of gender. but its not a cg its just a thing they do in the overworld. theres two guaranteed scenes i've seen, random forest encounter where they rape one dude and the Collesuem tutorial. its not very prominent and also the goblin slayer will rape downed goblins that cant fight back anymore.
There's gay content, but it's not the focus of the game. It's limited to 2D sprites that come from a few scenes, orkind raping everything that appears to be weak to them and 'accidental lmao' gameplay mechanics like here in 0:29 of this video:
I don't really remember the details of this quest, though I know what you're referring to. That letter, which is given by that soldier inside the Doom Fortress' barrack, have to be brought to a girl inside Noer City. Once you talk to said girl, she's going to give you another letter that you're supposed to deliver to that soldier. You'll be prompted to choose between lying or giving the letter after interacting with the soldier before finally being done with the quest. That's the gist of what I remember.
My recommendation is trying running on emulators like JoiPlay or Malvis, if you can't setup by yourself ask for help on discord, they have a guide for that
The problem with this game is that it surely takes time to learn, and it's kinda niche. There are no worthy guides except the wiki and this thread. The wiki, while written by someone passionate enough, is missing a lot of information and is now, after some time, straight up wrong in places. That's not nice
I've seen the Orkind Slayer get gangbanged by orks. The most pathetic sight in this game so far. I'm really disappointed in him
