4 kinds of builds since there's Mixed build as well that mixes all 3 builds (by not choosing any personality, exception being 'Acolyte'). Also if you wish for more build options, look out for Roleplay-S mod. I'd wait for the major global update of this mod first before playing it though since it will add tons of new interesting options.
I've heard saves are incompatible with updates. Can you still retain your rebirth in newer versions for a new play through?
There's very very rare times where old save won't work in some of the current and future version of the game, like you can't load at all a v0.9.8 save in v0.9.9 of the game. Otherwise, changing maps or doing rebirth is the usual way to update it, so yeah you should be able to retain your progress in any of the newer versions as long as there's no massive database change.
Only for major updates. Minor updates like these will simply give you a warning that some triggers might break by not starting a new save, while major updates will completely disallow loading.
Do y'all play as abomination lona? i've done a rebirth to try it out and desecrate makes the combat a lot more enjoyable, but bro getting sickly all the time is annoying, yeah it does buff your attack and thats nice but it also makes you SICK which is even worse since SICK doesn't go away if you use desecrate.
Also i'm getting vaginitis all the time since i'm always exploring and doing quests. As of right now i don't think abomination is worth it.

So far this abom. physical build is the most enjoyable build for me.
Sick can be easily managed by eating "fresh meat" once a day. Even if you can't manage & get sick/ vaginitis, it wont be a big problem coz you're still able to do tons of dmg anw.
What do you mean by "fresh meat", i ate a piece of animal meat and nothing really changed.
He meant devouring fresh corpse, i didnt pay attention to vaginitis since it can cured by itself,as for sick you can stock some tung flower or pray for encounter, kill one guy devour it then run away.

someone mentioned desecrate/devour on fresh corpse already to alleviate the sickly debuff so you got that covered.
note that there are two stacks of this debuff and it will not go lower than 1. so the progress is 1, 2 and then you get actual sickness that you can cure using tung flower as the user mentioned.
as for vaginitis, it happens when the time passes and your dirt stat is above certain value (I think it's 150?). you can sidestep it by wearing the dancer armor set before the time pass, since that armor set reduces your dirt value.
but yea abom lona is fun to play. having the ability to essentially restore most of your stamina after a fight for essentially free is a great value
I'm a bit confused since acolyte locks you out of mana knowledge and weapons expert. However, you can mix mana knowledge and weapons expert so you can play a battle mage if you so wish. Which seems a bit weird since the divine items scale with all your stats but mostly with combat and the judgment skill from the relic of retribution reduces all enemy defenses to zero. Which is nice and all but you're severely limited in offensive options otherwise. You can't cast any magic spells or use high quality weapons.
when your playing as Abm Lona, you need to aim towards getting >> Sex doll gear set OR Dancer gear set
it is recommended for your 2/3++ play thru, its one of the strongest vers of Lona in terms of combat ability
Mage Abm works when you rebirth at a higher level. Low level wis just makes you wonder why are you suffering
and yes, just spam fire ball. works every time. kills enemies, allies and even yourself @_@

this is becos, you have perma Dirty stacks.
which can lead to debuffs, which is just bad. esp on higher difficulties
using desecrate temporarily removes Sick, and gives a temp negative moral(goes away after 1 mins or so)

the acolyte route makes you heavily reliant on team mates, since you can heal/ aoe stun

Now with Acolyte, you can heal/cheer em on while they take all da beatings for you.
since that skill restores HP and Stamina for the healed ally.
As you level up the Priest tree, you can get Low Priestess.
which removes most debuff state effects on allies caused by taking damage >> bleeding/ damaged limbs
I know but it's still a weird tree because the offensive skills have synergies with all stats but don't really allow you to capitalize on said synergies. Meanwhile weapon expert / mana knowledge have zero synergy yet you're able to combine them. I mean I've completed 2 rebirths, one as warrior and the other as mage so I already have a lot of trait points available but the acolyte path seems very weak in comparison and isn't even good with a succubus build since you'd want bloodlust for sex combat to deal HP damage but acolyte locks you out of that. I'm still going to try it, maybe it's better once you play it idk.

wait, I'm not an expert or anything but from what I've experienced, why would u want to deal HP damage with a Succ build? you can kill enemies by depleting their STA.. or am I missing something?
Most enemies with the exception of undead who you can't attack with sex combat anyway have much higher STA than HP. For instance low level human enemies have 130HP and 400STA and even the most lowly goblin has only 60HP but 300STA. If the wiki is correct ofc, but from personal experience playing the game everything but the undead are much harder to defeat with STA draining attacks.
