where is the fertility temple to kill pighead? I looked everywhere for a green quest mark after accepting the quest but cant find it, Do i have to talk to the priest in the same town too?

yes, you HAVE to bribe the priest (I'm not sure if with enought WIS you can speak your way in).
tip: hire bodyguards, that place is psycological hell

wow that place was annoying af, ended up cheesing pighead with firewall since he was boxed in by other npcs
