Actually, you just made me realize that the Beta hotfix on the OP is now deprecated and should be removed. Heh, and the next update will be the final one for v10 part 4 and likely complete Chapter 1. Just a FYI since you mentioned it...

This latest update is the Rin date. If you are not on the Rin path there will be no new content. If you want to see it you will need to go back to the rescue of Rin and choose to include her in the harem. I think it's in v9 or very early part of v10.
