There might other things to fight and not another biker club, like maybe quietly behind the scenes pushing out the corrupt mayor and exposing the greedy business moguls trying to take over the downtown area. Just spitballing it.

Well... If you think about it. The old downtown of Berdoo is a bit of a ghost town when Ryker arrives and almost none of its denizens are male. Two Mex bangers - one has a lady of his own and the other is sweet on the only Chunky Chica in town. Two Minions - that Ryker promptly evicts. Five Rogues - two are married, two are ancient and one is in prison. A DJ and the Fox Box manager - who Sluggo and Ryker kill. Heh... Ryker is basically the rooster in the hen house. Nature abhors a vacuum. Taking out the Minions just opens a vacancy for the next band of degenerates to step in. Since a story progression demands a raising of stakes, whoever it is will presumably be of a more dangerous variety. Some drug cartel pushing northwards perhaps? Perhaps the mayor plans to invite in new muscle, but things go awry and they decide to bite (off) the hand that feeds them.
